BLUST
MRS. LENA C. BLUST, of Milk River, AB., passed away peacefully in the Milk River Health Care Centre, surrounded by her family on Saturday, June 2nd, 2012 at the age of 87 years.
Lee is survived by Bernard, her loving husband of almost 49 years, her children, Steve (Jacquie) Cooney of Charleston, S.C., their children Leslie (Kevin), Lucas (Kelly), Emily & Rebecca (Caleb); Paul (Charlotte) Blust of Milk River and their children Stacy (Aaron), Adam (Lea), Michael and Warren; Janine (Rick) of Gilford, Ont., and their children, Josh, Justin (Nikki); Gail (Arnie) Bushulak of Calgary and children Dawn (Sanjeet) & Kimberly; Cindy (Duane) Middleton of Champion and children Scott (Lansey), Kevin, Lisa and Jodi; Myles (Colette) Blust of Calgary and son Michael; Kevin (Liz) of Calgary and children Jessica, August & Emma. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren: Evan, Jacob, Paul, Anna, Gage, Olivia, Jake, Maya, Vivienne, Savera & Kaylee; 6 sisters-in-law and 1 brother-in-law, and many nieces & nephews. Lee was predeceased by her parents, Josef & Katarina Hegglin; 2 sisters, Rose Gaudart and Anna Hegglin; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.
Lee was born in Southey, Saskatchewan on Dec. 27, 1924. She was raised on a dairy farm just outside of Regina. She later worked in the restaurant and bakery business. She married Bernard Blust on November 9, 1963 and lived on the family farm in the Masinasin area until 2008 when they moved to Prairie Rose Lodge in Milk River where she lived until her passing. Lees' love was being a homemaker & spending time with her family who always looked forward to her pies & cinnamon buns. She will be greatly missed by her family & all those who knew her.
Prayers will be held at ST. PETER'S CATHOLIC CHURCH, 321 - Main St., Milk River, on Tuesday, June 5th, 2012 at 7 P.M.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the church on Wednesday, June 6th at 11 A.M., with Reverend Dominic H. Nguyen, Celebrant. A reception will follow, then interment in the Allerston (Alberta) Cemetery.

MR. BRIAN CHOLLACK of Lethbridge, passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Saturday June 2, 2012 at the age of 64 years. Brian is survived by his wife Jane Nygaard and her sons Josh & Kyle.

DAVIDSON
GEORGE ANDREW DAVIDSON, beloved husband of Dorothy Davidson of Lethbridge, passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital, in Lethbridge, on Thursday, May 31, 2012 at the age of 84 years.
Besides his loving wife, he is survived by his brothers-in-law Norman Pennington, Roy (Helen) Pennington, Eric Emmerson, his Aunt Frieda Dekker and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his mother, father and sister.
George was born in Lethbridge April 25, 1928 to Richard (Dick) and Caroline Davidson. He met and married the love of his life Dorothy in December 1949 and was married 63 years. He loved golfing and was a long time member of Keho Lake Golf Course. Cars were also a passion of his.
George will be lovingly remembered by his family and friends.
At George's request, there will be no funeral service.

DEBORAH ANNE DUFF (nee Reiter), beloved wife of Douglas Duff of Hillcrest, Crowsnest Pass, Alberta, passed away at the St. Michael's Palliative Care Unit in Lethbridge, Alberta on Saturday, June 2, 2012 at the age of 59 years.
A Prayer Service will be held at The Palliser Regional Care Centre South Solarium, 440 Central Avenue South, Swift Current, Saskatchewan on June 8, 2012 at 2:00 PM.
Relatives and friends are invited to meet with the family at Rivercrest Cemetery in Sparwood, BC. on June 14, 2012 at 1:00 PM. A luncheon to follow at St. Michael's Catholic Hall.

HLEUCKA
EDNA HLEUCKA of Lethbridge, beloved wife of the late Nicholas Hleucka, passed away after a lengthy battle with Parkinson’s, on Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at the age of 89 years.
Edna was born in Estuary, SK on March 7, 1923. She lived in various locations until settling in Vauxhall, AB. She married Nicholas Hleucka on June 9, 1946. They raised their three children Elisa, Dennis, and Kim in Vauxhall and then moved to Creston, BC in 1976 when her husband retired. In 2001 she moved to Okotoks, AB to be closer to family and then in 2007 moved to Lethbridge.
Edna is survived by her daughter Elisa (William) Brown, son Kim Hleucka, grandchildren Kari (Darren) Thompson, Wayne Brown, Dennis (Kerri) Hleucka, and Brianne (Cheyenne) Ludwig, great-grandchildren Avari Thompson, Joshua Thompson, and Westin Ludwig; sister Irene Rothe; as well as numerous niece, nephews and their families.
Besides her loving husband Nicholas, Edna was predeceased by her parents John Diebert and Annie McNiven, son Dennis Hleucka, and brother Robert "Bob" Diebert.
A private family service will be held at a later date.

It is with great sadness that the family of Joseph Thomas Kresnyak announces his passing in Edmonton after a lengthy illness on Sunday, May 27, 2012, at the age of 82 years.

Joe was predeceased by his mother Anna and father Joseph.

Doris Semaka
1923 - 2012
Doris Margaret Semaka, beloved wife of the late Frank Semaka, passed away
in Taber on Monday, June 4, 2012 at the age of 88 years.
The Funeral Service will be held at St. Theodore’s Anglican Church, 5120 -
44 Avenue, Taber on Thursday, June 7, 2012 at 1:00 P.M. with Canon James
Robinson officiating. Burial to follow at the Taber Memorial Garden.

She is survived by her daughters Joan (Rollie) and Lillian (Bert) all of
Lethbridge; grandchildren Alanna (Joel), Danielle (Dell) and Adam; great
grandchildren Jake and Taya.
She was predeceased by her husband Frank Semaka, parents Fred and Lillian
Dowie and sister Patty.
Doris was born in Leader, Saskatchewan on November 2, 1923 and was raised
in Mendham, Saskatchewan on the family farm. Following grade school she
attended normal school in Edmonton. Her teaching career took her to various
communities over the years.
Doris met Frank Semaka while at normal school and they were married August
15, 1953 in Lethbridge. Taber eventually became home where she resided until
the time of her passing. Doris loved to sew and also enjoyed baking,
especially when she could make a birthday cake for members of her family.
She will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all who hold her dear in
their hearts.
