TAYLOR JAMES TOLMAN
Born Jun 17th 1984
Died November 21st, 2010

Taylor James Tolman, son of Tracy Tolman (Marcella Arenas Tolman) and Karen Payne Krammer, (Randy Krammer) lost his battle to a massive infection contracted while getting treatment for his colitis. Despite the chronic illnesses he managed for much of his life, he was a humorous, uncomplaining man.
He spent most of his formative years in Pincher Creek. He attended Canyon Elementary and Matthew Halton High School. He was an intelligent young man, who had a quick mind, and a keen understanding. Teachers were often frustrated by his lack of work ethic, however, a few understood that he didn’t need to do all the busy work to comprehend. He loved science and learning how the world worked. From the time he was little, he loved cars and motorbikes. He was the king of random facts and remembered just about everything he read or watched on his favorite shows. He loved watching everything from the Discovery Channel to the Comedy Channel, action movies to cartoons.
He graduated high school and was currently enrolled in Lethbridge College, on the path to become an archaeologist. He was fascinated by ancient cultures and the artifacts left behind.
He is best known for his keen sense of humor, developed over the years by learning to read on the Far Side, enduring trials and nurtured by an attitude of "if you can’t make fun of yourself, you are missing the biggest joke there is!" This attitude also spilled over to others, as he loved to tease. He exemplified the statement "the smarter you are, the funnier I am!"
He is predeceased by his best friend and brother Zack, his maternal grandmother, Marion Payne, and his paternal grandfather, Keith Tolman. We imagine a joyous reunion of family and especially his brother, who he missed dearly.
He is survived by his mother Karen Payne Krammer, his father, Tracy Tolman, his buddy and brother, Tanner, his sisters Janelle (brother-in-law, Joel and nephew, Benjamin). Rikia, Rochelle (brother-in-law to be,Tim and nephew, Victor)and Chantelle and a large extended family of aunts, uncles, cousins and grandparents! Taylor loved his family dearly and was a loyal son , brother, uncle, cousin, nephew and grandson! He had a special gift with children (Anika, Wesley, Benjamin) and connected to people of all ages. We will all miss him!
He had a lot of people who loved and cared about him, and a few close, loyal friends who were more like family than friends. (the 3 amigos, and his brother from a different momma, Dustin, sistahs from a different mistah..Tif, Chyranda, Brasnett girls!) He had recently acquired a part time job and had made several close friends in Lethbridge. (mostly girls!)
His funeral service was held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Pincher Creek on Saturday, November 27th. Interment was held at the HillSpring Cemetery.
Donations can be made in his name to the arthritis society. 200, 1301-8th St. N.W. Calgary, AB T2R 1B7
