LUTWICK
MRS. MILDRED (MILLIE) LUTWICK, beloved wife of the late Dr. Laurence (Larry) Lutwick of Lethbridge, passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, December 7, 2012 at the age of 88 years. She is the loving mother of daughters Janice Pawlak of Lethbridge, Myrna (Al) Doktorchik of Drumheller, Carol Lutwick of Calgary; sons Blaine of Lacombe and Richard (Susan) of Lethbridge; as well as 10 grandchildren & 8 great grandchildren.
She is also survived by sisters Jean Weagle, Madge (Vernon) Davison, Carol (James) Legge, Barbara Joan Miller; brothers Frank (Madeline) Hutchinson & Richard (Mary) Hutchinson. She was predeceased by her son James in 1951, her husband Laurence in 2008, and son Gerald in 2011, as well as three sisters, Mary Rose, Frances Wellwood & Dot Reese & brother Ralph.
Born and raised in Nova Scotia, Millie met the love of her life Larry at MacDonald College in Quebec. They were married May 8, 1948. She followed Larry across Canada with his career until settling in Lethbridge in 1959. They retired in 1979 to Powell River, British Columbia, and returned to Lethbridge in 2002. Mom will be remembered for living her life with grace & dignity and for her untiring love and dedication to her family.
Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects at CORNERSTONE FUNERAL HOME prior to the service from 12:00 to 1:00 P.M.
The Celebration of Millie's Life will be held at CORNERSTONE FUNERAL HOME, 2800 Mayor Magrath Drive South, Lethbridge on Tuesday, December 11, 2012 at 1:00 P.M.

NAKAMURA
SIS was born June 14, 1922 in Vancouver, BC. He passed away peacefully at West Highland Centre on Friday, December 7, 2012.
He is survived by his three daughters: Cheryl (Syed) Ali, Lethbridge; Starr (Garry) Mills, Wheatley, Ontario; Gay (Robert) Taylor, Ponoka, AB; daughter-in-law, Sandra Vickers, Sechelt, BC; five grandchildren: Jared (Tracey) Ali; Farah (Denny) Mellott; Bobbi Lynn (Dwayne) Anderson; Christopher (Tricia) Taylor and Chase (Tammy) Taylor; and seven great grandchildren: Benjamin and Bradley Mellott; Adriana, Mika and Hailea Anderson; Shae Lyn and Skye Taylor. He is survived by his brother Teiji of Lethbridge and his sister Amy of Taber as well as several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents Kyuemon and Kohide (Ishii) Nakamura; his stepfather, Chosaburo Nakamura; his wife (Umeno) in 2008 and his son Robert (Bob) in 2006.
At Dad’s request there will be no visitation or funeral. A private family service will be held. Interment at Mountain View Cemetery.
Koden and flowers are gratefully declined. Memorial tributes in Dad’s name may be made directly to the Buddhist Temple of Southern Alberta or a charity of one’s choice.
