Foul play is not believed to be a factor in the death of a 34-year-old man in the city Sunday.
Yesterday at 9:15pm, Lethbridge EMS requested police assistance with a male suffering from head trauma in Galt Gardens.
EMS were on scene trying to revive an unresponsive 34-year-old male who was found lying on the bottom steps of the pergola. The male was transported to Chinook Regional Hospital where he later succumbed and died of his injuries.
The matter is being investigated by the Criminal Investigation Section of the regional police.
