The Milk River Health Centre emergency department will be closed from 5 p.m. today until 8 a.m. tomorrow due to a lack of physician coverage.

Emergency Medical Services (EMS), including a paramedic, will provide critical-care coverage at the Milk River Health Centre during this time, according to an Alberta Health Services press release.
In an emergency, residents should call 911.
For less urgent medical situations, emergency department access is available at the Raymond Health Centre and Chinook Regional Hospital in Lethbridge.
Additionally, Health Link Alberta offers non-emergent medical advice from a registered nurse, 24 hours a day, at 1-866-408-5465.
