Chinook Meadows Equestrian Centre, located two miles north of the Coaldale Motor Inn, will hold a Christmas Festival Dec. 11 from 5-9 p.m., with all proceeds, as well as non-perishable food items, to the Streets Alive Food Bank. The event will feature more than 30 vendors for Christmas shopping, a live nativity, horse-drawn hay rides, Santa Claus and the grand opening of the Lyons Tack Shop next door.
