I was searching the city’s website and found the Recreation and Culture Facilities Master Plan from 2007. The cover of the document shows people engaged in three recreational sporting activities — swimming, hockey and soccer.

With three separate investigations into the infamous "Climategate" scandal in which emails were being swapped around declaring methods on how to “hide the decline” in temperatures, the investigating panels, obviously with more vested interest than we can imagine (read research funding) have declared that there was nothing amiss.
The Medieval warming period, the Little Ice Age, left out of the now thoroughly debunked hockey stick graph, continues to be waved around as palpable truth by the warmists, much like the swords in the Monte Python skit "the Black Knight" fight.
